Personal & professional philosophy: In my writing, I find connections between people and cultures that seem vastly different on the surface. I am trying to push past the available narrative. Upcoming performances/ project: I am working on a multicultural beach novel set during COVID-19. What is the highlight of your work? It accurately depicts my multicultural world here in semi-rural Japan. Future goals: To see one of my stories made into a movie!
